Are your candles made to order?

Yes! Every Sweet Scentiments candle is hand-poured fresh after your order is placed. This ensures a higher quality, longer-lasting candle that hasn’t been sitting on a shelf — it’s made just for you.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Most orders ship within 3–5 business days, though made-to-order candles may take slightly longer during peak seasons. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

What is candle “curing” and why does it matter?

Curing is the process of letting the wax and fragrance oils fully bind together. We recommend waiting 3–5 days before lighting your candle to allow the scent to fully develop for a richer, cleaner burn.

How do I care for my candle?

  • Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each use
  • Let the wax melt to the edge of the container on the first burn to prevent tunneling
  • Burn for 2–4 hours at a time
  • Keep away from drafts, children, pets, and never leave a burning candle unattended
