Our Small Batch Promise

Because our candles are hand-poured in small batches, please allow:

• 3–6 business days for production and order preparation
• Up to 7–14 days curing time if your candle was recently poured

Soy wax requires proper curing to develop its full fragrance and burn beautifully. If curing is required, shipment will occur after the cure window is complete.

Once your order leaves our studio, delivery typically takes 4–8 business days depending on destination and carrier.

We never rush the process because handcrafted gifts that warm the heart deserve the best burn.


🌿 Processing Time

All Sweet Scentiments products are handcrafted to order or poured in small batches to ensure the highest quality. Most orders are prepared and ready to ship within 3–6 business days.

Candles that are freshly poured may require additional curing time (7–14 days) before they are eligible for shipment.

During peak seasons, limited releases, or high-volume launches, processing times may extend slightly.

🌿 Shipping Time

Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 4–8 business days depending on carrier and destination.

Shipping timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.


🌿 Summer Shipping Notice

During warmer months, candles may soften while in transit — especially in warmer climates.

To protect your order:

• We may delay shipment during extreme heat waves
• Orders may ship earlier in the week to avoid weekend warehouse holds
• Insulated packaging may be used when necessary

If your candle arrives slightly soft, allow it to return to room temperature before opening or lighting. Minor surface changes do not affect performance or scent throw.

We carefully monitor temperatures to protect your purchase.


🌿 Gift Timing Recommendations

Ordering for a birthday, shower, holiday, or special event?

We recommend placing your order at least 2–3 weeks in advance to allow for:

• Production time (3–6 business days)
• Proper curing, if needed (up to 14 days)
• Shipping transit (4–8 business days)

For time-sensitive gifts, please select “Rush My Order” at checkout or contact us before ordering.

We want your gift to arrive beautifully and right on time.


🌿 Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

We offer flat-rate shipping within the United States.

Enjoy FREE U.S. shipping on orders over $75 (before tax and discounts).
Orders under $75 will be charged a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.


🌿 Carriers & Tracking

We ship via USPS, FedEx, or UPS based on package size, weight, and destination.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email. If you do not see it, please check your spam folder or contact us directly.

🌿 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will issue a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Claims submitted outside of 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement.


🌿 Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handcrafted and personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used items, custom orders, or seasonal releases.

If your item arrives defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours so we can make it right.

Approved returns must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error was ours.


🌿 Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order leaves our studio, it is in the care of the shipping carrier. Sweet Scentiments is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed in transit.

Please use the tracking information provided to follow your package’s journey. If your package appears lost, we recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier. We are happy to assist when possible.


🌿 Presentation Note

Some of our handcrafted pieces — especially pillar candles, shaped wax melts, artisan soaps, and select gift items — are intentionally designed without exterior labels to preserve their natural charm.

All required product information (including scent details, ingredients, and care instructions) is included inside your package.
