At Sweet Scentiments, every item is thoughtfully made by hand — from our soy wax candles to our whimsical wax melts, soaps, linen + room sprays, and sentimental gifts. Because of the nature of handcrafted and custom items, all sales are final. However, your happiness matters deeply to us, and we’re here to make things right if something goes wrong.
🌿 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We’ll review your claim and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
🌿 Order Cancellations & Changes
We begin preparing your order shortly after it’s placed. Because of our small-batch process, we cannot guarantee order changes or cancellations after 24 hours. Please email us promptly if a change is needed.
🌿 Lost Packages
If your package appears lost or tracking hasn't updated, please reach out. While we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, we’ll do our best to assist in locating or resolving the issue.

Due to the nature of handmade goods and personal-use items, we cannot accept returns on:
